With over 4,000 entries from 40 countries, the red dot design award ranks among the largest design competitions worldwide. The competition is divided into two sections - product design and communication design - which are staged and adjudicated separately. Starting now: Registration for the red dot award: product design 2004 is out. Who wants to be part of it, is invited to register his product(s) at the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen, who has been organising the prestigious competition annually since 1955. The closing date for entries is 30 January 2004.
